Doubled Up
10 year old Cody 'Tadpole' Acosta doubles up on Christmas Eve 2012 as he harvests these two does. During Cody's traditional Christmas Eve hunt he shot the first doe at 185 yards. The second doe was harvested 20 minutes later at 181 yards. Neither deer could handle the .243 round and dropped where they were shot. As Cody learned how to skin his deer he insisted that we donate them to Hunting for the Hungry. Merry Christmas everyone!
