Summer temperatures mean one thing to hardcore coastal anglers: Big trout will be showing up! To celebrate the annual parade of lunker specks, NorthCarolinaSportsman.com is hosting the Big Speckled Trout Photo Contest running May 1 through July 31.
Prizes will be awarded monthly to the best photo from that month, with NorthCarolinaSportsman.com users voting from among top photos chosen by the site administrators.
Each monthly winner will receive a $25 Sportsman Gear prize package and a free one-year North Carolina Sportsman magazine subscription.
The rules are simple:
• Be a registered user of NorthCarolinaSportsman.com.
• Take a picture of you or a buddy with a speckled trout caught this spring.
• Upload the photo to the Big Speckled Trout Photo Contest forum
• Write a short account of your trip during the posting process.
So enter today, but remember you must be a registered user to be eligible for the great prize packages.
All pictures become property of the North Sportsman magazine and may be used at our discretion in any of its products, both printed and online. North Carolina Sportsman magazine reserves the right to change the prizes to equal or greater value. No purchase necessary.
