What an Awsome day we had on Dale Britts boat the sensation on Sept. 22nd 2012. I try to go as much as I can on a buddys 28 ft Carolina classic which is also docked at morehead city, but me and a few good buddys always charter a boat one time a year. We had a blast that day catching 13 hoo's, 2 blackfin tuna, 1 mahi, 1 albacore, and a really nice sailfish. Dale wasnt with us that day because he was out of town but his mate Alan 'Big Country' Scibal captain'd the boat and he put us on em'. We have just about every fish we cault on video to remember this day because it was a day to remember. When we got back to the waterfront we out did the rest of the fleet. Most boats went north and we trolled on south and obviously it was a good decision. Just thought I would share...little late on posting I know

That sounds awesome....In my experience with bottom fishing in the gulf, when it is that calm we never catch that many fish. Not sure why it would make a difference being you are fishing so deep...Usually 4-6 seas produce better than 2-3 ft.....It doesn't look like it mattered with trolling though lol.....

Great run. I bet you're tired of hoo steaks by now!! Just kidding, you can't ever get tired of hoo steaks. That sail looks to be a hard 70 pounds!! We hit the water hard from charleston July - sept. and didn't have anything to show but bottom fish lots of mahi and a marlin break off at the boat. Looks like a great day on the water
