Well, Fellow Sportsman, Women, And Kids. In Just A Couple Of Days Season Is Over. Hope Everyone had Fun Chasing, Small game Upland Birds, And Light Geese. As Of This Date Ive Only Bagged 117 Squirrels. Thats A Good Amount But Far Short Of My 200 Goal And Far Short From Last Year's Till, THEY Are Getting Hard To Find Locally, But There Are Still a few Here And There. Would like to hear From.... Wanting to hear thoughts, this is the second round of picks. Have lots of foxes and racoons, and deer of course. Last week saw a blurry picture... thought it was a coyote. Then these pics a few weeks later!!!

HAD IT ON MY BUCKET LIST TO ONE DAY GO OUT WEST ON A ELK HUNT. MY COUSIN AND I MADE IT HAPPEN WITH UNITED STATES OUTFITTERS IN NM. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL HUNT. DOUBLED UP ON 2 NICE BULLS 15 MINUTES APART, BUGLING AND PUSHING COWS.A DREAM COME TRUE HUNT.

We have several walnut tree @ our place and the squirrels....
Does anyone know of a good taxidermist that mounts ducks? Looking around the Raleigh, Smithfield area but willing to drive farther if the price is right. Thanks!!

Well, Just Returned Last Night From My Coastal Trip. Had Alot Of Fun!! I Wish i would have drawn A Waterfowl Permit for the gameland I Was On, Because the Ducks Where Oplently Where I Was Smallgame hunting. Been Squirrel Hunting The Same Gameland trac on Butner-falls the last few times, and the squirrels Just keep on Coming, ive been getting about 5 a Day, Got 3 this afternoon, and finnly, i think ive got them thinned out well!! Been Some good Fun, about the head down east Thursday for Ducks And Squirrel Hunts. Cant Wait!!

Took part of the family squirrel hunting this saturday what great memories were made. Every father that loves the outdoors and has a young son or daughter should get them busting some bushy tails. My son was the retriever in this hunt and my wife the shooter.

couple of trail cam pics of fox squirrels in field. 1 is black other is greyish black. sometimes seen as many as 6 at one time while deer hunting.

got these pics of bobcat &coyote on trail cam. we are over run with coyotes this year. they really put a damper on deer movement latter part of season.

In case you doubted because you haven't seen them, coyote are everywhere now. Even in the suburbs. I was deer hunting 1 morning before work and this female critter was following the track of a grey fox that passed through 5 min. prior to my seeing her. I whistled to stop her before she entered a hedgerow 220 yards away and when she turned to chase again, put 1 in the noggin. The dog fell less.... Read More

We have had a few bear encounters on our little 195 acre farm in caswell county this year. It might be the same one I don't know but he or they have been spotted once in person during ML season and twice on a trail cam in bow season. It seems as if they are showing their faces more and more. A buddy of mine hunts close to yanceyville and he has cault one on his trail camera a couple of weeks ago.... Read More
