Fished Belews Lake June 17th, caught alot of small bass but managed to land one at 5 pounds, and hubby caught one close to 4. Caught them off of a red black core worm, close to bank.

Fished Lake Tillery over weekend, I have not posted in awhile. The bass bite was slow but managed to catch this one about 3 pounds. I caught it off a red black core worm off a point. My hubby and I caught a few bass, but it was slow both days. The crappie bite was bad too, I heard they where slaying the crappie at High Rock, some nice ones too. Happy Fishing.......

Fished Lake Tillery over weekend, it was like a ocean out there on friday and saturday. Managed to catch a few on friday, and 14 on saturday nothing big really had to work for them. Caught mostly off of either a worm or small crankbait. Mostly caught in grass and deep off of points. Had to just about tie yourself to the seat not to go overboard. Got to love to fish, to do that.
Fished Lake Tillery saturday which was tough, sunday we caught 9 bass they where small, wind sure got up, had to work for them. Caught a few off of worm and a small crankbait.

Fished Tillery over weekend, fishing was tough but my hubby and I managed to catch 10 bass friday, 9 saturday and 8 sunday. We tried a crankbait, but didnot work, we caught all on worm, mostly deep off of points. We did catch a few around docks. One creek seemed to have been holding the bass over the 3 day period. Fished Lake Tillery over a 3 day weekend. Fished friday before that front came in what a day my husband and I caught 27 bass that day, mostly off red black core worm and my husband did catch some off carolina rig. Fished Lake Tillery over weekend, had a great weekend, caught 13 bass friday and 15 saturday, nothing big but it was fun. They where all caught off a red black core worm, 10 to shallow water. We could not catch any in the grass or off the bank. I hope this means the bass bite is on now, it has been tough the month of august. Happy Fishing!!!!

Finally got some fishing in over the weekend. We caught alot of small bass, waiting on that big one. Caught off my favorite red black core worm. My husband caught most of his off a fluke. We also got in to alot of white perch, we kept enough to eat. I love them more than crappie. Be safe on the water.

Fished Tillery Saturday, what a day we caught 26 bass almost in one spot. They where not big ones but fun, caught off worm or fluke. Happy Fishing!!!!!!!

Fished Tillery over weekend, Friday night was the first time I have ever night fished for crappie, had a great time I love white perch better than crappie we caught alot of both with minnows. Monday we caught alot of smaller bass on points, using a fluke and worm. We also caught some nice crappie. Hubby was down all last week and caught a ton of bass but nothing over 3 pounds. Fished Lake Tillery over weekend, tried to anyway to many people fishing must have been a tournament. We managed to catch some bass but they where small. They where sallow and caught on a worm. We didnot have much luck with crappie caught one and did manage to catch some white perch. Happy Fishing!!!!!!!!!

Fished Tillery over weekend, felt like we where on the ocean very windy. We did manage to catch some nice crappie hubby caught the bigger ones. We caught them off of crappie jigs different colors. Happy Fishing!!!!

Fished Lake Tillery over the past two weekends, fishing was tough, but managed to catch a nicer crappie around 2 pounds, and a 2 pound white bass, I have never managed to catch one of these before. We have been catching some bass but they have been small. Crappie caught off red and chartruse jig, bass crank bait or worm. Happy Fishing!!!!!

Fished Tillery over 3 day weekend. It sure got cold but the bass bite was on. The lake came up enough to get on water, our 3 day total was over 40 bass we stopped counting. Nothing big but it sure was fun they hit my favorite worm red black core and a top water sammie. We also caught some crappie but they were small only could keep a few. We caught some white perch too. Fished Tillery over weekend, what a weekend, getting fishing in before water to be let down. We caught 18 bass saturday good quality bass on the same red black core worm about 4 to 8 feet. Caught some white perch too, using white crappie jigs. Sunday back at it again caught 10 bass and 18 white perch. The bass hit hard and where bigger. Fished Lake Tillery over weekend. The fog rolled in, but the bigger bass bite was there. We really had to work for the bass but they where bigger this weekend. We used the same old red black core worm they where on the banks. We caught around 8 Saturday, did not fish Sunday.
