Couldn't wait to Try the Flathead Fishing at High Rock since the River Bite has been slow..Re-Spooled all my Catfish Gear and Cleaned and oiled them as well and Gave it a Try...Grabbed everything but my Scale lol...Missed 2 before I landed 1 about 5 Pounds...Then caught another around 12/15 Pounds I'm Guessing, Then I caught this decent Flathead before I called it a night...That Bright Light you.... After I put my 2nd Trophy Rock of the Year out in this area the weekend Turkey Season Ended and hung a Camera, I went back and checked it today and had 56 Videos...Alot of Deer and several Bucks with this guy being the Highlight of this card Pull...Hope he hangs around.

Made another Wing-Bone Call Holder from a Box Turtle Shell to add to my Redneck Decor. I have made several of these when I find a decent Turtle shell in the Timber. The Black you see at the Top there is actually blood stain from where a pellet hit lol...I gotta start shooting better lol.

Got a little long over-due Fishing in This evening with my Daughter and we really didn't care what we caught if anything but ended up catching a assortment of High Rock Fish but mostly Crappie..She's ready to go back!!!!!! Felt Great to get out on the water!!!!

Well Diane00 shoved something into my side at the Expo and at First I was thinking...GUN!!! I instantly looked to make sure that if it was a Gun, She had the right part pointed at me and wouldn't shoot herself But it turned out to be her Spurs from her second Gobbler this year...She said she liked the other Spur necklaces I made and wanted me to 'Do something with these!' Well...after this evening hunt with my Girlfriends nephew...It will be over once again and man did it Fly by!!! Had a Great Season!!! Helped several friends and family members get Gobblers and even 1 Guy I meet on Public land that I knew all of 45 minutes lol. Well I've did this a few times in the past but not with everything still attached so today after carefully skinning my Big 23lb Gobbler with Wings, Tail Fan, and even the head still attached..I'm gonna make my Daughter a Full Cape mount Minus the head lol I just haven't cut it off yet. Wanted to share these with you guys that are considering Bow Hunting Turkeys. It can be done and if I had Turkeys to hunt on private land it would be something I would do more of BUT I mainly hunt pressured Birds on Public land with alot of Cuttin' and Runnin' so I better pack my Widow-Maker or find a recipe for Tag soup!!.
